Schooling for shamans…
pray, sint that just what you’ve been participating in for the last dog’s age or so?

And never too old.
I’ve always been uncomfortable with the idea of schooling for spiritual stuff. Not that it isn’t a good thing, but from what I’ve seen, it surrounds itself more with ritual and less with personal growth. You can’t go to school for the hard internal work. There aren’t workshops or tasks that will create such a change. They may assist on a small level, with manual skills, but that’s pretty much it. All we can each do is jump in and do it. Grab our courage and bleed.
Whether it’s shaman, sacred intimacy, priests, wicca, ministers, or even leather…there isn’t any substance unless we face our fears, our demons, our dark self, and plunge into the conscious unknown.

( yet still find myself mourning my lack of spiriitual community)
this post I’d more about my insecurities about the Art World
a show opens this week called
“——‘s school for young shamans”
and I’m angry I’m not in it
but…
what should I be doing?
that’s my next adventure
