  • In Tao, I read that the second something is written down, it loses its original meaning. Because the feeling in your heart can never be given to someone else the exact same way. But I don’t think that means it can’t mean something else. I think for the reader – that new meaning is what it’s about. It doesn’t matter what it originally meant to you. For the writer, it’s like untangling a ball of yarn. That’s the purpose. For the reader, it’s art. To interpret and enjoy in their own way. Anyway, I love both – no matter if it means anything to anyone else . . .being the writer and the reader.
